Hey and welcome to Creativerly 347 👋

This week's newsletter is a rather short one, as I just got back from some much needed days off. Yet, I was still looking forward to some writing, and putting together this new issue of Creativerly for you. Doing that, almost feels like a meditative process, going through different sources of inspirations to write about, as well as working my way through my personalized and customized feeds in my RSS reader, where I always find posts for he Mental wealth and Quick bits sections of the newsletter, as well as some sparkles for inspiration to write about in this intro section. Writing and preparing this newsletter, as well as writing new posts for Creativerly and my personal blog both became part of my general routine, my working days, and my week.

But I do still love some days off like the past week, where I simply do not open my MacBook at all, and leave all my side-projects just be. As much as I love working on something while sitting at my desk, do some writing, and researching, I appreciate the time away from that spot.

It might sounds mundane, but touching some grass every now and then indeed makes a huge difference.

Yesterday, Monday October 20 for example was a great day to touch some grass, as the majority of the internet suddenly went down because of an outage of AWS. This is also the reason, this new issue of Creativerly lands in your inbox one day late, as multiple tools I use to create this newsletter simply were not accessible, and instead of stressing around to get the newsletter out in time, I closed my MacBook, put it aside, and called it a day.
